Tarran Deane is an International Leadership Speaker, Author, Executive Coach, Workplace Culture & Change expert, with more than 41,000 hours of leadership across diverse industries including finance, tourism, NGOs, disability and small business. Tarran is the author of “The Alphabet Principle ~ Your A-Z Guide to Being a Compelling Leader” published April 2017. Her second book “Clique” is due for release June 2018.
Tarran is a Leadership Professional with over 18 years experience in Career Progression, Leadership Effectiveness, Strategic Direction, Change Management, Innovation and People Practices. Tarran combines a further 7 years of entrepreneurship and the mission of addressing a shortage of Australian Leaders due to under-resourcing, unrealistic expectations and poorly handled change, with senior roles including General Manager, National Executive and CEO. Tarran is an accomplished Presenter, Speaker, Consultant and Executive Coach sharing her expertise face to face with more than 23.500 leaders since 2011. Serving on the Board of Newlife Care, Tarran is positioned perfectly to provide insights and commentary on leadership issues.
