Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Tarran Deane.com Our range of products and services are initiatives of Corporate Cinderella Pty Ltd and come with our commitment to delivering quality items from point of order, right through to delivery. We understand sometimes things happen and that’s why every eCommerce Store needs a Returns & Refunds Policy.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Here’s a few things that will help you navigate our quality process: 

Timeframe:

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria aren’t able to be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Tarran Deane. We’ll do everything we reasonably can to ensure the product is protected and sent with a big ton of care when it leaves our hands!

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. We can about you, and the items we create so we want you and our team to have a great experience with your purchase.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded. we’ll certainly do what we can to followup with our postal service if items are damaged in transit and we rely on you to give us a call on receipt and let us know if you’re happy with them when they arrive.

Digital products

We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
