Course – Business Etiquette Workshop | Seminar | Training Course
Course Duration 1 Day
This course examines the basics, most importantly to be considerate of others, dress/appearance, the workplace versus social situations, business meetings, proper introductions and ‘the handshake’, conversation skills/small talk, cultural differences affecting international business opportunities, dealing with interruptions, and proper business email and telephone etiquette. A Recent Case Study

Case Study: 86 people, 18-30 years, listing 132 fears about communication. Many of their key concerns were centred on self-confidence, wanting the approval of others, loyalty technique and skill. Feedback Tarran received: “I am stunned at how you had everyone up and involved! By far the best workshop I have done in my 7 years of coming to this event and to see the change in that young man – from quiet and self-conscious, to standing at the front of the room with the microphone… wow. Simply life changing for him!’ said Nathan.
